CASCADE to COTTONWOOD
June 9th (Day 7)

Today we had the welcome luxury of not breaking camp in the morning as we would camp here again tonight. After breakfast, it was back to Wing Dam Access in Cascade to start our day's trip. Yesterday we were treated to seeing an eagle fish, today it was an osprey...so wonderful and awesom to see these magnificant birds in action. The crew change was at Ulm Bridge FAS. After lunch, it was back on the Missouri to Cottonwood Access where we landed and unloaded. We also had the luxury of having camp already setup and organized for the afternoon and evening meal. This allowed time to explore the area around the campsite. So enjoyable to get out for a walk, smell the flowers, take a few photos, snag a geocache and enjoy the beautiful country.
