"Late" departure today -- 8:20. But thre was a good reason. Chef Cory prepared pancakes and bacon for breakfast...mighty fine. We stopped to look at the Ann Bay pictographs and then headed south on a beautiful canoeing day. Stops were made for coffee (about ten o'clock) and lunch a couple hours later. Lunch provided the opportunity for a little siesta. We then finshed up the 22 km day paddling to Pork Chop Island on White Otter. Arrived at camp about three which gave time for Tim to fish and other to "putz" (or nap) around camp. Mother nature provided us with one of several beautiful sunsets.

Jim's Journal |
The 4th camp was on Pork Chop Island at the south end of White Otter Lake -- it was my favorite because the rock ran right to & into the lake -- Tim caught fish here
