We canoed from our campsite on Dashwa Lake to Route 622 where we made the portage to Eye Lake and had lunch before continuing south. The Eye River offered the opportunity to line the canoes through some of the small rapids. We made camp at the confluence of the Eye River and Little Eye Lake. While the campsite was roomy, there were roots everywhere which made finding a good spot for the tents nearly impossible. | ||
