The following menu was used for the trip (7 adults). Some changes in quanity were made to reflect lessons learned. One such change was adding Power Bars to each breakfast (we only had them on days we had granola). These are not intended for breakfast, but as a snack during the day.

The dates shown for each meal were for planning purposes and were not necessarily the day they were prepared.

June 26th was selected as the day for the voyageur's menu because of the area traveled. We did the Height of Land on the 26th and there were several historical references to the area travelled. The morning breakfast went well. However, the the pemmican was too greasy, especially after having little fat in our diet for about two weeks. A suggestion would be to drastically decrease the grease content and increase the honey by a similar amount.
