History
Post 22 was originally chartered in late 1946. The first Advisor was J. B. Graham. The Post was chartered by the Los Alamos Veterans Club thru 1950 and the Kiwanis Club after that. Records show it was in existance thru 1951.

History
Post 27 was formed in 1953 and was sponsored by the First Baptist Chruch. Gene Barrington was the first Advisor. The charter was dropped in 1956.

SQUADRON/POST 99

Copied unit registration records at Scout Office; have all recharter forms from 1952 thru 1991. Have old Post flag WITH RIBBONS and two boxes of old records.
Brief
History
Post 99 was chartered in 1952 as Air Explorer Squadron 99 with Wes Nicholss as the Post Advisor; it was sponsored by the Los Alamos Lions Club. In 1971 the Post became sponsored by the United Church of Los Alamos and rechartered as a co-ed unit. The Post stopped operating in 1991.

POST 122

Copied unit registration records at Scout Office. Have all registration records expect for the year ending 1983.
Brief
History
Post 122 was first chartered in 1964 by the Methodists Men of the First Methodist Church in Los Alamos; their specialty was pioneering and historical trails of New Mexico. Al Zerwekh was the Post Advisor. The post was inactive from 1974 through 1976. In 1976 they rechartered with a speciality of Mountaineering. The post disbanded in 1985.

SHIP/POST 129

Copied unit registration records at Scout Office.
Brief
History
Ship 129 was originally chartered by the Knights of Columbus in 1957 with W. L. Drumhiller as Skipper. The Ship operated for two years until July 1959. In 1963, the Knights of Columbus chartered Post 129 with a speciality of hiking and camping; James Lilienthal was the Advisor. The Post operated until July 1967 when the charter was dropped.

Brief
History
The Post was originally chartered in the fall of 1966 by the Pinon School Parent Teachers Association; Vernon Kerr was the first advisor. Special interests for the unit were Disaster Relief and starting in 1971, Railroading. In 1974, the Post became sponsored by the White Rock Presbyterian Church with a "General" special interest. The special interest changed to Search and Rescue in 1976. The Post became inactive after 1978.

POST/SHIP 329

Have copies of unit registration records from Scout Office.
Brief
History
Post 329 was first chartered in early 1968 and sponsored by the Barranca Mesa Parent Teachers Association; Theodore T. Trujillo was the advisor. The Post met at the school the first year and then moved to the Cumbres Junior High gym. The special interest for the post was Hunting and Fishing until 1971 when it changed to Electronics. In 1972, the post converted to a Sea Explorer Ship sponsored by the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church and met at the Parrish Hall. The Ship became inactive at the end of 1982.
